DevOps / Tech Ops Engineer

We are working with a leader in the inventory management space - they build a platform that is used by other enterprise level organizations. They are seeking a DevOps / Tech Ops Engineer to join their team on a full-time basis.

They are currently looking for a DevOps engineer to join their team who can help with their Cloud footprint, their containerization build outs, and their CI/CD pipelines. Ideally, they are looking for an engineer having experience working on .NET based applications, have solid understand of Azure (or other clouds), and good experience with Kubernetes/Docker. Any exposure to Terraform, Ansible, and Octopus are great plusses as well.

The company is desiring candidates who reside in the DFW area. Their HQ is out of Plano, so this team primarily works remote but will go into the office for important meetings/team events, but you will be able to work remotely. This will be a full-time direct hire position. Required Skills & Experience

• Background with .NET apps
• Deploying containers- Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
• Infrastructure automation - Ansible, Puppet, Chef
• Building out deployment app experience – Octopus (preferred), Jenkins
• Any experience building source code
• PowerShell scripting
• Azure experience or extensive experience with an alternative cloud provider

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience coming from a Network Engineering background – load balancing and cloud setups
