Senior .NET Developer / Plano, TX / Hybrid / Azure Development

Client is a pharmaceutical software company which specializes in pharmacy program management. Through their comprehensive suite of services, they support "safety net" providers—like community health centers—by offering software for managing contracts, pharmacy relationships, claims processing, compliance, and auditing. They are full-time in Plano.

They are looking for skilled .NET engineers to join an Agile software development team. This team will be responsible for shipping a prescription management program, pharmacy referral program, and the development of Azure services within their stack.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional development experience using C#, .NET 8, and Azure Cloud.
• Experience working with Azure Service Bus or other Message Queues.
• Production experience with Angular or React.
• Understanding of DevOps principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary task is the implementation of Azure and Azure Service bus
• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using .NET Core frameworks
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with architects and team members to design system architecture and application frameworks.
• Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
• Implement fixes and improvements to enhance application performance and user experience.
