- Strong experience with languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript, with a focus on building and maintaining robust software applications.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices, as well as experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
- Ability to identify and resolve software issues, optimize system performance, and develop efficient solutions to complex problems.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Experience with designing and integrating APIs, and working with third-party services and systems.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with aviation or logistics operations.
- Experience with iOS/Android app development.
- Knowledge of automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of user interface and experience design.
- Scrum or Agile methodology certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications to support operational and customer service needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new software solutions with existing systems and third-party services.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, and perform code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continually improve software systems and processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, code, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and ease of maintenance.
