The Role
This is the first dedicated Product Manager role, reporting directly to the CEO. High autonomy and ownership to shape product strategy and build a category-defining client experience. Ideal for future-founder PMs passionate about human-centered product design and mental health impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the end-to-end client journey across digital and real-world touchpoints

• Conduct deep customer research and serve as voice of the customer

• Define and position core product offerings and messaging

• Launch new offerings supporting clients before, during, and after guided therapy experiences

• Partner closely with CEO and Head of Growth on GTM and service design

• Explore and build programs across referrals, word-of-mouth, and niche markets

Ideal Background

• 3–5+ years of product management experience

• Experience owning full product lifecycle and delivering intuitive user experiences

• Strong customer empathy, user research, and communication skills

• Comfort working in early-stage, ambiguous environments

• Passion for mental health and psychedelic-assisted care
