Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong typing and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence and the ability to handle real-world challenges.
• Comfortable learning new software systems.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in property management or multi-family project management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
• Excel and Word Proficiency
