The organization is seeking a Technical Lead – BI Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of scalable business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decisions across the enterprise. This hands-on leadership role combines technical depth with mentorship responsibilities, guiding a team of BI engineers while collaborating closely with business and data stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, a strong command of SQL and data modeling, and experience with modern data warehousing platforms like Snowflake or Redshift. You’ll establish best practices in BI development, data governance, and performance optimization—while exploring emerging analytics technologies to elevate the company’s insights capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8+ years of experience building end to end Business Intelligence solutions
• Several years of experience supporting financial data
• Proficiency in PowerBI
• Expertise in DAX
• Experience leading projects

• Snowflake experience
• Azure experience
