Contract Duration: 6 Months (Potential for extension and FTE conversion based on business needs) Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication or a science/engineering-related discipline
· 7–10 years of relevant experience
· Strong proficiency in MadCap Flare
· Demonstrated proficiency in HTML and XML authoring, and understanding of modular content/single-sourcing
· Intermediate Jira skills (used daily for assignments)
· Strong UI/UX design principles
· Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal)
· Highly detail-oriented; excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
· Native-level fluency in written and spoken English Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience integrating and optimizing AI within technical content workflows
· Familiarity with embedding multimedia into web-based content
· Experience creating documentation for AI chatbots
· Strong requirements-gathering skills
· Experience in life sciences, engineering, biotechnology, or a technical communication environment What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown
· 50% Web-based technical content creation (MadCap Flare, HTML/XML, UI/UX)
· 20% Collaborative content development (global teams, product development cycle)
· 15% Continuous improvement using user feedback and analytical tools
· 15% Content strategy (modular content, documentation standards, multimedia integration)
Daily Responsibilities
· Design, write, and update web-based customer help content
· Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams
· Lead continuous content improvement cycles
· Ensure adherence to brand/style guidelines
· Track assignments and progress using Jira
