Software Developer/.NET/Washington DC

An IaaS company, located outside of Washington D.C., is looking for a software engineer to join their team tasked with building their core product. As a member of their team, you will be working on their product with C#, .NET core, Angular, Typescript, REST and SQL. This product is used by organizations to monitor their IT infrastructure and test against device vulnerabilities. Candidates need to have 5+ years of experience in .NET development and 2 years of experience in network engineering.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of development experience with C#, .NET (MVC and Core)
• 2+ years’ experience in network engineering
• Frontend development with Angular/Typescript
• Ability to write queries and stored procedures in SQL Server
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or similar STEM field)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Prior experience working with an IaaS company (plus)

What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown

• 20% Frontend Development (JavaScript, Typescript, Angular)
• 80% Backend Development (C#, .NET, REST, SQL)
