About the Role: As the founding member of our internal tools product team, you'll provide peace of mind to customers by equipping operations, finance, and customer success with essential tools for world-class service. Your primary customers will be internal teams, and your success will be linked to key operational metrics like SLA attainment and escalation rates. You will decide whether to build in-house solutions or invest in third-party products, supporting the expansion of service offerings without increasing operational headcount.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, with a strong track record of taking B2B applications from their initial stages through significant growth phases.
• Top-notch communication skills; able to break down complex ideas and collaborate seamlessly with teams across the company.
• Excel in situations where the path isn’t clear, using a mix of research, data, intuition, and empathy to solve problems. Turn ambiguity into actionable data when possible.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, inspiring and guiding teams toward achieving common goals.
• Played a key role in early-stage (Seed/A/B) startups, helping them find Product-Market Fit and driving strong sales growth.
