Staff Product Manager

Join a groundbreaking startup in the robotic tire-changing and wheel-balancing industry, located in Waltham, MA. This is a full-time hybrid position, requiring you to be in the office 4-5 times a week.

We are looking for a product manager with a proven track record of success in a startup environment. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the automotive industry, whether through experience as an individual contributor or engineer. This role combines both technical and business aspects, making it essential for candidates to have a balanced skill set.

Required Skills & Experience

• MBA
• 7 plus years of experience in Product management
• Experience in robotics industry, automotives, and dealerships
•  Demonstrated Experience in a Technical field
• Having automotive experience
• Showing success at a startup company
• Engineering background
• Being able understand product in development through prototyping and testing
• Being able to communicate technical concepts with a non-tech audience

Daily Responsibilities

• Executing a product roadmap that matches with company goals
• Confirming a strong product- market fit
• Communicating with stakeholders to understand what the customer needs it
• To point out market trends.
• Working side by side with designers, engineers, marketing, and operations team.
