A profitbale GovTech startup is looking to add a Forward Deployed Engineer to their growing team.
The LLM-powered product they're building streamlines government processes that make it easier for income-qualified individuals to receive the benefits they need to make ends meet. They also use AI to identify threats to security or inefficiencies so government officials can take preventative measures.
This role will be a blend of technical integrations/ hands-on coding and interfacing with customers to ensure their product is deployed effectively in their environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying software
- Proficiency in Typescript/ React
- Experience with API integrations using Python and SQL
- Experience interacting with customers - understanding mission significance, eliminating blockers, gathering feedback
- High level communication skills with technical/ non-technical clients
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field/ equivalent practical experience
