IT Support Manager 

As IT Support Manager, you will lead and mentor the IT Support team, ensuring smooth daily operations while serving as a technical expert. Your role will focus on enhancing user satisfaction through professional, courteous, and effective support.

The company is located in Woburn, MA and requires 3 days on-site a week. 

What you will be doing:
  • Provide technical support for network operations, including servers, Active Directory, MS 365, security, cloud services, firewalls, VPN, routing, switching, wireless, backups, IPSec, and content filtering.
  • Collaborate with the Security Team to address vulnerabilities, manage intrusion prevention, and implement remediation strategies
  • Partner with the Security Team to drive security enhancements
  • Stay informed on emerging threats and attack techniques
  • Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure smooth collaboration

Required Skills:
  • 4+ years of IT experience as an IT Manager in an Enterprise environment
  • 4+ years managing a cloud focused hybrid cloud/on premise IT infrastructure utilizing MS Azure
  • 4+ years managing Active Directory and M365
