The Oracle HCM Engineer plays a key role in collaborating with product owners to gather requirements, develop proof of concepts, and design solutions within Oracle HCM.

This role is hybrid to Phoenix, Arizona
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ plus years’ experience
- 4+ plus years of putting Oracle HCM into production
- Experience in Cloud HCM Core Module
- Experience in HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis and validation
Breakdown
- Will be talking with product owners and getting requirements, creating POC's, and coming up with the solution in Oracle HCM.
- Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
