Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Experience with Data Center or Cloud Tier 2 level
  • Strong knowledge in network technologies (LANs, WANs, VPNs), Microsoft Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, Virtualization (VMware), storage (Enterprise SANs), and directory solutions (Actie Directory, LDAP)
  • Technical Aptitude for problem solving and infrastructure security
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in technology deployment methodologies and incident resolution frameworks
  • Previous international travel experience and familiarity with health and safety protocols
