Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in organizational design and related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of organizational theory, design principles, and business strategy.
- Experience with restructuring, mergers, or large-scale organizational transformations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with organizational design tools and methodologies.
- Conduct organizational assessments to evaluate current structures, roles, and processes.
- Design and implement organizational models, including reporting structures, spans of control, and role definitions.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment between organizational design and talent strategies.
- Develop transition plans and support implementation of new structures, including communication and change management activities.
- Provide expertise on organizational design principles, benchmarking, and best practices.
- Analyze organizational effectiveness metrics and recommend improvements.
