Infrastructure Support Specialist

A manufacturing company in Bensalem, PA is looking for a full-time Support Specialist to work five days a week on-site. In this position, you will operate in a Windows environment and offer complete support for M365, Azure, Active Directory, application support for the company's ERP system, and some network issues.

Three to five years of relevant experience will make the perfect candidate. This can be the ideal job opportunity for you if you appreciate working in multifaceted, "jack-of-all-trades" roles!

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting Windows desktops and servers
• Strong proficiency with the M365 suite
• Experience supporting an ERP system
• Proficiency in Active Directory
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, specifically Azure
• 1-3 years of support experience
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities:
Technical Breakdown:

• 80% Windows Support
• 20% Networking Support

Daily Responsibilities:

• 50% Hands-On
• 50% Project Work
