Senior Network Engineer

A nearby healthcare organization is looking for a Network Engineer to lead upcoming projects as it grows its Network Security team. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled as a network engineer and has a lot of expertise with network security, especially with firewalls. You will be in charge of a major Checkpoint Firewall implementation and upgrade project as the Lead Engineer. You will be responsible for setting up VLANs, routers, switches, and site-to-site VPNs on a daily basis. It's beneficial to know Zerotrust or Cisco ISE.


This position offers a dynamic combination of Network functions and promises ongoing project and responsibility growth. A varied group of fifteen network and security engineers will work with you, providing plenty of chances for cross-functional cooperation. Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of Network Engineer experience
• Checkpoint and Palo Alto Firewalls
• Strong command of Cisco Routing and Switching
• Cisco Catalyst & Nexus
• Experience in VLAN/VPN setup
• LAN/WAN
• Knowledge of Cisco ISE

Desired Skills & Experience:

• CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or CISSP certifications
