This B2B SaaS company is looking for an Outbound Product Manager to join their team. They provide an application monitoring software platform that allows customers to make sure their apps are operating efficiently and effectively at all times. This is a full-time, hybrid role that will start out 2-3 days/week in Waltham, MA before converting to 2-3 days/week in Boston.

As an Outbound Product Manager within the pricing and strategy group, you will develop user personas and create new ways to communicate pricing strategies and information both internally and externally. You won’t be taking the traditional end-to-end Product Management approach to the SaaS platform itself, but will be creating new websites, strategies, and communication methods. Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ YOE in Product Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience working with sales, marketing, and business focused teams as well as customers and then facilitating communication between those internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to lead the go to marker side as it relates to pricing and packaging of products
  • Enough technical understanding to take information from engineering teams and make it digestible for other internal teams and customers
  • Ability to research and understand the personas of their users and come up with customer profiles catered to different kinds of businesses

  • Meet with customers to understand their needs as well as how they could get the most out of the platform for their business
  • Develop user profiles to inform pricing strategy
  • Create communication methods to inform customers on pricing options
