Project Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Lead all technical activities across the full engineering lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final validation and testing.
• Analyze, decompose, and trace system requirements using JAMA, ensuring clear documentation and alignment with customer needs.
• Guide system and subsystem design, oversee integration and troubleshooting, and ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions.
• Develop and maintain engineering management plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution and risk mitigation.

Key Skills Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years technical experience
• Expertise in Systems Engineering and the V-Model
• Skilled with requirements management and scheduling tools
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
