Required Skills & Experience
- Power Apps: Application development, form creation, collections, environment management.
- Power Automate: Flow creation, automated email distribution, task automation.
- Power BI: Dashboard and chart creation from various data sources.
- SharePoint: Site/list creation and editing, Excel integration, settings modification.
- Excel Macros / VBA: Scripting and automation within Excel.
- Tableau: Data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Jira: Request tracking and analysis.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel proficiency.
- Programming Languages: C++, JavaScript, Python, Power Fx.
- Platforms: Azure, Visual Studio.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, dashboard/reporting, and workflow development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable working across teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and implement automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business operations.
- Build tools such as: Error Tracking Dashboards: Capture and visualize error data.
- Knowledge Assessment Tools: Automate test distribution and result tracking.
- Integrate applications across Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI to centralize data and improve accessibility.
- Automate communications and task flows using Power Automate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
