Lead Software Engineer / React / Hybrid in Chicago

A growing digital innovation team is expanding in the U.S. and looking for an experienced Web Developer skilled in TypeScript and modern Next.js. This full-time role is based in Chicago (3 days onsite) and offers the chance to build secure, high-performing applications used at scale while working with a modern tech stack and a collaborative engineering group.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of web development experience
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, Nextjs
• Strong communication skills
