Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of network administration experience with 2+ years in leadership
  • Proven experience with enterprise network platforms (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet)
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and routing protocols
  • Experience managing networks in multi-site environments
  • Expertise in network security best practices and tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in cannabis, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries
  • Technical certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or CISSP
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
  • Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive approach to network management and optimization
