- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (with increasing responsibility)
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core 6+, Angular, TypeScript, and SQL
- Experience architecting scalable and high-performing systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern SDLC practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong communication skills and accountability in delivering high-quality work
- Experience integrating with third-party platforms and APIs
- Knowledge of AI-assisted development and automated testing practices
- Previous experience mentoring or leading development teams
- Background in high-traffic or consumer-facing applications
