Full Stack Software Engineer/ Uptown Dallas, TX

Get in on the ground floor of a tightly knit engineering team where your ideas and code will make a direct impact. As a Backend / Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll join a collaborative, high-performance group working on scalable backend systems in AWS as well as modern frontend architecture in Angular and Flutter. You’ll be a critical contributor to a growing team that’s already brought in key hires across DevOps, iOS, and management—and now needs you to help shape the future of a customer-facing web and mobile platform. 

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong backend development experience with C# / .NET

• Experience with AWS services and architecture

• Proficiency working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

• Familiarity with modern frontend technologies including Angular (v16+ preferred), React, or Node.js

• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (4 days onsite, WFH Fridays)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience building customer-facing applications in Angular and/or Flutter

• Exposure to mobile development frameworks or cross-platform tools

• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup-like environment within an established organization

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

• 60% Backend Engineering (.NET, AWS, SQL)

• 40% Frontend Engineering (Angular 16+, Flutter)

Daily Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend APIs and business logic using C#/.NET

• Contribute to frontend development in Angular and Flutter

• Work closely with a growing team of developers and product leaders

• Participate in code reviews, Agile meetings, and architecture discussions

• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and engineering leadership to ensure high-quality releases

The Offer
Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000
Bonus Eligible: 10%
