Senior System Admin - Backup focused

Job Description

Our client, which is a local home construction company in north Dallas, is looking to hire a Senior Systems Admin. This is a company that have been around for a few decades, is a leader in the home materials space, and has a good track record on the NYSE.

Right now, the team is looking to grow their team. This added engineer will be helping with a few initiatives – specifically focusing on their backups and server administration. Ideally, this person will be strong with Windows, Hyper-V, Entra, O365, and Cohesity. Any exposure to the network side is a plus (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)

These are full-time roles, will be onsite four days per week. Salary range of $100-115K plus 10% bonus along with a 10% 401(K).

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of Systems experience
• Windows, Hyper-V, and Cohesity.
• Solid understanding of O365 and Entra.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors or Associates degree
• Networking knowledge/experience is a plus
• Any experience with VMware is a bonus (they are migrating from VMware to Hyper-V)
