We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Solutions Architect with expertise in Palantir Foundry to design, implement, integrate Palantir's AIP capabilities into workflows to enable advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and oversee end-to-end data solutions. This role blends high-level architecture with hands-on technical execution, requiring deep knowledge of Palantir Foundry, data engineering, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology, translating requirements into scalable, efficient solutions while mentoring teams and driving innovation, and must have solid background of Azure. Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Skills: Proven ability to design scalable, modular solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards. Experience with Azure cloud platform is a must. Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance in enterprise settings. Operational Skills: Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, version control, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. - Architecture and Solution Design:
- Architect end-to-end data integration and analytics solutions using Palantir Foundry.
- Integrate Palantir's AIP capabilities into workflows to enable advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and decision intelligence.
- Define and implement scalable data models, workflows, and ontologies to meet business needs.
- Design robust, reusable frameworks for data processing, ensuring flexibility for future enhancements.
- Hands-On Development:
- Develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows on Palantir Foundry and implement AI-driven use cases with Palantir AIP.
- Create proof-of-concepts for integrating AI models and workflows into enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to implement and operationalize AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- AI Integration and Innovation:
- Integrate AI models and algorithms into Palantir AIP workflows to support advanced analytics, automation, and decision-making.
- Leverage AIP’s capabilities for secure, context-aware data collaboration and AI-powered applications.
- Innovate and optimize processes by combining AIP’s policy-aware AI with enterprise data assets.
- Operational Oversight:
- Establish best practices for monitoring, alerting, and operational maintenance of Palantir solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure reliability and performance of the platform.
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements in operational workflows.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business leaders, data scientists, and analysts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Present architectural designs and technical roadmaps to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with other architects and technical leads to ensure consistent architecture standards across teams.
- Leadership and Mentorship:
- Guide engineering teams on best practices for Palantir Foundry development and operations.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive delivery of enterprise solutions.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and Palantir Foundry updates to drive innovation.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and practices to enhance data workflows and system capabilities.
- Contribute to the organization's overall data strategy, advocating for a unified approach to data architecture.
- Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience with Palantir Foundry, including AIP (Artificial Intelligence Platform), ontology design, pipeline building, and workflow orchestration.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or PySpark.
- Strong background in data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT, data modeling, and distributed systems.
- Palantir Certification(s) (e.g., Foundry Core Developer, Foundry Architect).
- MS Azure Certified Solutions Architect Expert.
- Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or telecommunications.
- Expertise in integrating Palantir with other tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or Tableau.
