Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Required Skills & Experience
- 3 + years of experience and strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and cable installation.
Experience with restaurant technologies. - CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred (or 5+ years of relevant experience)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and use a ladder (up to 10 ft reach)
- General contractor skills (drill usage, etc.). Light contractor work such as drilling through and mounting hardware into walls and countertops.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and cable installation.
- Experience with restaurant technologies.
What You Will Be Doing
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Provide on-site support for restaurant staff.
- Hardware and software installation and configuration.
- Perform quarterly preventative maintenance (some after-hours required)
- Terminate, test, and replace network cables (Cat5/Cat6/Cat7)
- Organize and manage cable layouts for optimal performance.
- Train restaurant staff on new systems.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and configurations.
- Track hardware, software licenses, and inventory levels.
- Assist with rollout and upgrade projects.
- Maintain a secure and efficient network infrastructure.
- Support online ordering and delivery platforms.
