Senior Web Accessibility Engineer / Hybrid in Glendale

We are seeking a Senior Web Accessibility Engineer who is passionate about enabling inclusive, seamless customer experiences through accessible web applications. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding accessibility requirements, shaping user stories, and implementing accessible solutions across both internal and customer-facing applications. This will be a contract to hire, hybrid position.

This position requires this person to define and validate accessibility requirements and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with cross-functional team to integrate accessibility into product features and workflows.

Contract Duration: 12 months contract to hire

Required Skills & Experience
  • Expert-level knowledge of WCAG guidelines and ability to translate them into development requirements
  • Hands-on experience delivering accessible UI design and development
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Any previous mobile development experience will be a plus
