Our Client, a private pre-k through 8th grade co-ed school located South of Boston, are looking for a Director of IT. This role is a full-time position requiring a on-site presence of 5 days per week.
The Director will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategic vision in all areas of technology for the school, as well as posses strong interpersonal skills, strong communication, and organizational skills. You will also support different functions from enrollment, fundraising, marketing, and overseeing the proper use of technology through out the school.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 5 years of IT Management, ideally within the educational sector
- Experience with managing technology infrastructure and systems including the school's network, laptop and tablet devices, classroom display technologies
- Provide technical assistance with hardware usage, software applications, and computer technology to faculty and staff
- Experience with Google Technologies, as well as Mac and Windows devices
