Senior Network Engineer

Job Description Our client, a nationwide healthcare company, is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you’d be working on over 600 sites and multiple datacenters across the United States. They have a complex network infrastructure that has a mix of Fortinet and Juniper equipment in a multi-cloud environment.

The ideal candidates has experience working on an enterprise level network and has a strong understanding of cloud based networking. Tech wise they need someone strong with the Fortinet suite (FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiGate, etc), Juniper datacenter switches, and AWS and/or Azure networking.

This is a 12-month contract to hire position located in Plano, Texas. They need someone to go onsite 1-2 days a week. Compensation is $50-60/hr depending on experience with a conversion salary of $100-120K. Required Skills & Experience

• Experience working with a variety of Fortinet products like FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, etc.
• Experience working with enterprise level networks or large datacenters.
• Experience working with Juniper datacenter equipment.
• Strong understanding of cloud based networking with AWS and/or Azure.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree OR related certifications (NSE, JNCIA, etc).

The Offer

• $50-60/hr converting over to $100-120K depending on experience.
