They are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our CRM team, focusing on building and enhancing our customer relationship management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development using .NET (C#) and experience working with CRM platforms (such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce). Required Skills and Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in full stack development using .NET (C#) technologies.
  • Proven experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce), including customization and integration with other systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular or React for frontend development.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including deployment, security, and database management.
  • Solid understanding of database technologies such as SQL Server, and experience with RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Nice To Have
  • Experience with CRM workflows, customizations, and data management strategies.
  • Experience in financial services or customer-focused industries.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
What You Will Be Doing 
  • Design, develop, and maintain CRM systems using .NET (C#) for backend processes and Angular or React for the frontend, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Implement cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging its services to ensure scalability, security, and performance of CRM applications.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM administrators and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions that improve customer relationship management processes.
  • Customize and extend CRM platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Optimize CRM workflows and data management to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain code quality through best practices, including automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
  • Mentor junior developers and share CRM development best practices within the team.
  • Stay up to date with the latest CRM technologies and development practices to continuously improve the CRM platform and related systems.
