Lead .NET Engineer / Azure / Fintech / Dallas, TX

The company focuses on offering financial products that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while maintaining strong risk management and financial stability. They are hiring a Lead .NET developer to lead their team by writing high-quality, efficient code while also mentoring junior developers and providing strategic guidance on project direction

Required Skills and Experience 

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead .NET Engineer or in a similar role with strong expertise in C# and .NET Core.
• Extensive experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions, App Services, and Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest technological advancements.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using C#, .NET Core, and Azure.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that align with business needs and technological strategy.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Develop and manage cloud-based services, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines in Azure.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Office Location

• Hybrid (3 days onsite // 2 days WFH)

The Offer

• $63-65/hr
