As a leader in the market, they are actively contributing to advancing electric vehicle initiatives.

This company is looking to hire a Lead Software Development Engineer to drive innovation and lead key technology initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape cutting-edge solutions and mentor a high-performing development team.

Required Skills And Experience 
  • Skilled in optimizing data architecture, queries, and indexes for scalability and performance.
  • Experienced in building automated pipelines with testing and security integration.
  • Proven success in Agile Scrum teams, driving improvements and efficiency.
  • Capable of implementing features across mobile, web, and API services.
  • Leads by example, fostering team passion and enthusiasm.
  • Drives cross-team strategies that produce measurable business value.
  • Recognized expert in software design, architecture, and languages.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • 7-10 years of software development experience.
  • 2-4 years of leading multi-developer projects.
  • Preferably 2-4 years as a lead.
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Nice To Have 
  • Preferably 2-4 years as a lead.
  • Proficient in multiple high-level programming languages with adaptability across products.

  • Guides and mentors teams to improve skills, system knowledge, and design capabilities.
  • Works across teams, departments, and vendors to achieve business goals and drive intentional architecture.
  • Researches and introduces new tools and approaches to enhance organizational performance.
  • Advises on cloud technology implementation to accelerate development and deployment.
  • Promotes Agile and DevOps practices to boost product quality, speed, and team morale.
  • Drives automated testing and pipelines for continuous deployment and faster delivery.
  • Maintains a focus on scalability, uptime, and quick resolution of production issues.
  • Encourages modern, simple, and secure development practices for long-term efficiency.
  • Partners with product and architecture teams to manage the technical backlog and provide expert guidance.
