Contract
$50/hr - $55/hr
Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 12+ month contract requiring 5x onsite.
Required Skills & Experience
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or a 2-year college degree.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or a 2-year college degree.
- Proven track record of meeting project outcomes and timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional research and reporting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Background in project management with experience identifying and implementing solutions.
- Experience in high-volume, complex environments.
Project Strategy & Planning:
- Develop project strategy plans in collaboration with IT Project Managers.
- Partner with project teams to identify goals, requirements, and deliverables.
- Create, manage, and maintain project documentation, including reports.
- Track, forecast, and provide regular updates on progress, metrics, risks, and changes.
- Collect and organize information needed for project intake, approval, and prioritization.
- Manage project timeframes, objectives, and communications.
- Act as a subject matter expert for IT project planning processes.
- Support daily management meetings, scheduling, and other project team activities.
Analysis & Problem Solving:
- Gather, analyze, and communicate requirements, business processes, and policies.
- Identify and implement solutions to drive successful project outcomes.
