Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 12+ month contract requiring 5x onsite. 

Required Skills & Experience

• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or a 2-year college degree.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or a 2-year college degree.
• Proven track record of meeting project outcomes and timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional research and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, including the Microsoft Office suite.
• Background in project management with experience identifying and implementing solutions.
• Experience in high-volume, complex environments.

Project Strategy & Planning:

• Develop project strategy plans in collaboration with IT Project Managers.
• Partner with project teams to identify goals, requirements, and deliverables.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Create, manage, and maintain project documentation, including reports.
• Track, forecast, and provide regular updates on progress, metrics, risks, and changes.

Communications & Coordination:

• Collect and organize information needed for project intake, approval, and prioritization.
• Manage project timeframes, objectives, and communications.
• Act as a subject matter expert for IT project planning processes.
• Support daily management meetings, scheduling, and other project team activities.

Analysis & Problem Solving:

• Gather, analyze, and communicate requirements, business processes, and policies.
• Identify and implement solutions to drive successful project outcomes.
