Senior Technical Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Our Irving, TX Client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Scrum Master for an onsite contract opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between multiple technical teams in making sure technical requirements are clearly understood and documented.
- Work with Technical teams to ensure delivery of requirements and support delivery on schedule
- Effective documentation of key technical processes, working with technical teams to work through technical details to understand and document design, key details, dependencies and map out technical processes.
- Effectively manage scrum meetings such as Scrum planning, Refinement, Stand-ups. Collaborating closely with product teams, technical teams, project managers, other scrum masters
- Escalate risks and issues as necessary
Skills:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master or equivalent in Agile projects, managing complex projects and programs
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies
- Must have strong PowerPoint development, MS-Excel, Jira skills
- Good ability to ascertain the wider objectives of projects and programs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
- Retail industry experience preferred
- The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, multi-tasking environment
- Proven ability to interact with various levels of management and other associates
- Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
- 8+ years of experience
- Certified Scrum Master and Business Analysts Certifications preferred. Safe Agile Certified preferred.
