Our client is looking for a Data Engineer/BI developer to support their data analytics initiatives in a Snowflake environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in EPIC Cogito and experience designing and optimizing data models, pipelines, and analytics workflows.
Contract length: 8 months
- Strong experience with EPIC Cogito for designing and modeling tables in Snowflake
- Maintain and update data models and DDL for schema changes
- Design, develop, and deploy data processing and analytical scripts using DBT and Snowflake
- Performance tuning and optimization of data processing workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve data processing, integration, and analytics issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills to interact with Engagement Managers, project teams, and technical teams
- Experience working with large-scale data environments
- Strong understanding of SQL, ETL development, and data warehousing principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience with data governance and compliance is a plus
