Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with strong emphasis on AI/ML systems
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and scale high-performing technical teams
- Hands-on background with Generative AI: LLMs, fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML ecosystems such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, and LangChain
- Track record of deploying AI solutions to production at enterprise scale
- Exposure to agentic AI platforms and frameworks
- Strong grasp of systems architecture, scalability, and cost optimization strategies
- Product-oriented mindset with experience defining roadmaps and aligning priorities with business outcomes

- 70% AI/ML Engineering & Infrastructure (LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, Python, ML frameworks)
- 30% Leadership & Strategy (roadmap ownership, team leadership, cross-functional collaboration)
Daily Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for the full AI product lifecycle, from experimentation to production
- Design scalable, resilient infrastructure to support AI development and deployment
- Apply advanced AI techniques (LLMs, RAG, agentic systems) to deliver impactful business solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to turn requirements into AI-enabled products
- Mentor engineers while embedding best practices in performance, scalability, and efficiency
