Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience as a hands-on Business Analyst in a large global organization.
  • Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders to bring a solution from inception to successful delivery.
  • Experience gathering requirements and executing BRDs.
  • Expeirence monitoring and refining process flows.
  • Experience working with Technical teams to write test scripts and conduct UAT testing.
  • Strong technical writing skills to complete comprehensive user guides.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in Risk management.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Meet with stakeholders (business, technology/developers, etc.) to understand needs and requirements for an application to support an enterprise Risk Management Training Program.
    • Document and contribute to the development of business requirements document in a clear and concise manner, using tools like use cases, user stories, or process flows.
    • Analyze systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make appropriate recommendations.
    • Explain requirements to Technology/developer partners.
    • Ensure the requirements/system meets security, data, privacy and compliance standards.
  • System Design
    • Oversee and execute business specific tasks related to system design and build.
    • Partner with Technology/developers to answer requirements related questions.
  • Testing
    • Develop and execute user acceptance test cases to ensure system meets requirements and intended functions.
    • Develop test data for user acceptance testing.
    • Identify and report defects and issues to business management and the development team.
    • Collaborate with Technology/Developers/QA team to ensure through testing coverage.
  • Implementation/Deployment
    • Work with the Technology teams to prepare and upload existing and reference data to new system.
    • Partner with Technology teams to deploy system into Production.
    • Develop user guides, process documents/flows, training materials to provide training and support to end-users.
    • Provide support during the go-live phases after deployment to Production.
  • Documentation and Communication
    • Create system documentation, including user manuals, system flows, process documents/flows and project plans.
    • Prepare user communication.
    • Document and respond to user inquiries.
