An IT consulting company based in Royersford, PA is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Generalist to join their growing team. In this role, you will support a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.

You will serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and management, ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with company policies and culture. Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a small-to-mid-size company or consulting environment

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law (federal and state)

  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools such as ADP, Paylocity, or BambooHR

  • Experience administering benefits and 401(k) programs

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

  • Experience supporting multi-state employees and compliance with state-specific labor laws

  • Familiarity with performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives

  • Exposure to HR process improvement and policy development projects

  • Knowledge of IT consulting or professional services environments is a plus

What You Will Be Doing
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

  • Administering benefits programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring data accuracy

  • Assisting with payroll preparation and verifying HR data for accuracy

  • Supporting employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution

  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies

  • Coordinating training and development initiatives and tracking completion

  • Assisting in the performance review and goal-setting process

  • Partnering with management to support HR projects and process improvements
