An IT consulting company based in Royersford, PA is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Generalist to join their growing team. In this role, you will support a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.
You will serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and management, ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with company policies and culture. Required Skills & Experience-
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a small-to-mid-size company or consulting environment

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law (federal and state)

Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management

Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools such as ADP, Paylocity, or BambooHR

Experience administering benefits and 401(k) programs

Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

Experience supporting multi-state employees and compliance with state-specific labor laws

Familiarity with performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives

Exposure to HR process improvement and policy development projects

Knowledge of IT consulting or professional services environments is a plus

Supporting the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

Administering benefits programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring data accuracy

Assisting with payroll preparation and verifying HR data for accuracy

Supporting employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution

Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies

Coordinating training and development initiatives and tracking completion

Assisting in the performance review and goal-setting process

Partnering with management to support HR projects and process improvements
