You should have at least 1+ year with Dynamics and 2+ with day to day end user support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated applications.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues reported by users in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address technical challenges and ensure system performance.
- Assist in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics to align with business needs.
- Monitor and maintain the Dynamics environment, including updates, patches, and performance optimization.
- Train and support end-users to maximize their productivity and proficiency with Dynamics.
- Contribute to system testing, upgrades, and enhancements by providing user feedback and support during deployments.
- Proven experience as a Support Analyst or similar role, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or prior versions).
- Strong understanding of Dynamics modules, workflows, and customizations.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Dynamics.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps), and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with users and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or equivalent are a plus.
