We are partnering with a fast-growing technology startup based in Downtown Dallas that is looking for a full time, onsite CI/CD Engineer with a strong QA and automation background. This engineer will design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines that power the company’s software delivery lifecycle. You will be working hands on with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes in a dynamic environment where scalability and reliability are top priorities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in CI/CD pipeline creation and management (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar).
- Strong background in QA, test automation, or DevOps practices.
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) a plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments; able to wear multiple hats.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- US-based, local to DFW (Dallas–Fort Worth) area strongly preferred.
- Experience working effectively with remote and offshore development teams across different time zones.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Security awareness in build/deployment pipelines.
- Experience working with microservices-based architecture.
