Instructional Designer - Pharmacy/Healthcare

The company is a global healthcare leader that develops medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer health products. It focuses on improving human health through innovation in areas such as surgery, immunology, oncology, and over-the-counter personal care.

They're currently looking for an Instructional Designer to join their team! This role is a W2 6 month contract to start that is hybrid to their Raritan, NJ office twice a week.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Designer, or Design Strategist

• Experience or familiarity with Figma

• Experience creating training materials

• Experience developing training strategy

• Experience within pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
