Enterprise Major Incident Manager / Enterprise Experience Required

We’re working with working with a Fortune 500 distribution company that ranks as one of the largest privately held company in the U.S., with annual sales in the billions. 

They're looking to fill an Incident Management role where you'll be running high-stakes bridge calls, coordinating critical system restorations, and owning the full incident management lifecycle. Day to day, you'll be the primary orchestrator during major outages - driving communication through ServiceNow, managing stakeholder updates, and leading problem management initiatives to prevent future incidents.

Contract Duration: 6 – 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of enterprise incident management experience
  • ServiceNow hands-on experience
  • Bridge call leadership/coordination
  • ITIL process knowledge
  • Experience managing major incidents impacting business services
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • ITIL certification
  • Problem management experience
  • Experience with RCA facilitation
  • Enterprise change management exposure
  • Metrics/KPI reporting experience
  • Experience in manufacturing/distribution environments
