Product Delivery Lead
Location: Remote with periodic team meetups

The team is small, tight knit, and highly talented, and this Product Delivery Lead will sit at the center of how the product gets built.

What you will do
• Drive the end to end delivery of the product roadmap with exceptional speed and quality
• Partner with design to finalize flows, edge cases, and polished details before handoff
• Translate design work into clear and organized direction for engineers including specs, tickets, and priorities
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA to build quickly, resolve blockers, clarify tradeoffs, and ensure issues are caught and fixed
• Work with Analytics to measure adoption, usage, issues, and outcomes and inform future iterations
• Lead both large complex epics and numerous smaller tasks, keeping everything organized and moving with urgency
• Own the baton from eighty percent baked to shipped, setting the pace and delivery rhythm for the entire team

What you will need
• Four or more years of experience in product delivery environments such as Product Management, QA, or Engineering
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage many moving pieces simultaneously
• Comfort operating in fast paced, early stage environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Strong analytical ability and technical fluency including comfort diving into data and participating in complex technical discussions
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative instinct that elevates the whole team

Bonus skills
• SQL knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
• Prior startup experience
• Experience working across cross functional teams in high velocity environments
