Our client is a leading accounting and tax software provider in search of a Project Coordinator II for a long-term contract engagement. You will have the opportunity to work fully remote.

Contract Duration: 6-months (strong potential to extend to 18 months with good performance)
Overview
Project Coordinator II will be responsible for managing key aspects of the Mailchimp Services Partner program, ensuring a seamless delivery of migration services for new Mailchimp customers. This role is instrumental in maintaining momentum on critical projects, streamlining workflows, and boosting operational efficiency. The role will be responsible for supporting established programs like Premium Migration Services, Marketing Development Fund, Mailchimp Partner Toolkit PRM, and Deal Registration, ensuring their continued success and smooth operation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator doing manual work, managing flows, project management and doing partner operations.
- Experience managing processes and flows
- Streamline team workflows to increase operational efficiency.
- Uphold a high standard of work and build upon established benchmarks.
- Document processes and contribute to projects for future team success.
- Ability to communicate with external partners
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Google suite tools / Google sheets
What You Will Be Doing
- Drive and support key partner initiatives, including Premium Migration Services, Marketing Development, and Deal Registration.
- Conduct basic onboarding of business that want to do business with Mailchimp.
Partner Management:
- Selection and Recruitment: Identify and recruit marketing and freelance service partners with expertise in migration programs.
- Training and Onboarding: Develop and execute training materials to equip partners for assisting customers with Mailchimp marketing campaign migrations.
- Workflow Management: Oversee and streamline partner workflows during customer migration processes.
- Communications: Facilitate regular communications and updates to partners, providing essential information and addressing concerns.
- Cross-functional Liaison: Liaise with internal teams to ensure coordination and inclusion in program decisions.
- Payments: Manage accurate and timely partner payments upon successful completion of each migration.
