Software Engineering Leader/ Hands on/ Full-stack/ Cyber Security

A very interesting cyber security startup is looking to add a Software Engineering Leader to their team. In this role, you'll initially be brought in to lead the development and evolution of the organization's application through hands-on contribution and team building. As time goes on, you'll be responsible for building out the software engineering practice beneath you. Ideally looking for a candidate interested in the startup space, and OK with being on-site a few days a week. 

The company is at the crossroads of cyber security and agentic AI, which are two of the hottest industries within technology right now. Due to a new seed funding round, this company is actively looking to scale and you have a real chance to be a part of an organization set for serious growth. The role itself has a ton of autonomy and you'll be making decisions that will have a massive impact in the bottom line of the organization as a whole. 

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to architect and implement new feature dev
• Build and mentor full-stack team across FE, BE, and full-stack
• Experience maturing startup teams
• Strong knowledge of FE frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
• Strong experience in backend development in Python
• Deep understanding of REST API Design
• Deep experience working in AWS/Azure
• Understanding of authentication systems

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience integrating AI/ML Models into production applications
• Experience with real-time systems and Websockets
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries
