Senior Telecom Engineer

A financial company in the Philly suburbs is looking to bring on a full-time Telecom Engineer. The individual in this position will be responsible for the operation, performance, and availability of all telecom and VoIP systems throughout the organization. This role includes managing and supporting an enterprise call manager, contact center, and call recording systems. The candidate must have hands-on ability to execute creative solutions to complex problems and balance working independently with being part of a team. Professional interaction with other groups and business units is required, along with keeping the team and management updated on the status of projects and tickets.

You must have 6+ year's experience with Cisco VOIP systems. They are looking for someone who can handle the design, configurations, and implementations.
