As a Cybersecurity Proposal Specialist, you’ll serve as a key driver in shaping customer solutions, collaborating closely with technical engineers, business development leaders, and service delivery teams. As a Cybersecurity Proposal Specialist, you’ll serve as a key driver in shaping customer solutions, collaborating closely with technical engineers, business development leaders, and service delivery teams. Your work will directly influence strategic growth and strengthen the company’s position in a competitive, fast-paced digital security landscape. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital solutions, proposals, sales, or solution delivery
- In-depth understanding of Managed Security Services (MSS), SaaS, and recurring revenue models
- Proven success with value-based pricing strategies
- Track record of strong collaboration across cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, NCSC, ISO 27001, IEC/ISO 62443, and COBIT
- Familiarity with ICS/OT protocols like BACnet, Modbus, PROFINET, and PROFIBUS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/CRM platforms
- B.A. in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 50% Lead and manage hands-on development of cybersecurity proposals
- 40% Partner across Sales, R&D, and Delivery to align solutions with client needs
- 10% Coordinate with vendors and contractors to support bid efforts
