Head of Product - Talent Optimization AI Platform (Hybrid)

A talent optimization AI startup in Cambridge is looking to bring on a Head of Product. They provide a platform that takes copious amounts of performance data to then run prescriptive analytics that help decision makers remove barriers and optimize employee performance. It also identifies employees with high potential and makes sure they’re not being overlooked. Another function of the platform is to test whether any talent decisions are related to bias and alerts businesses to any unfair practices. One major use case for their AI is in law enforcement to identify disparity and bias.

This is a full-time, hybrid role (2-3 days/week) where you’ll be reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll be architecting the roadmap, overseeing both product and engineering teams to drive the platform forward.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • MBA or Master’s in Computer Science related field (preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Experience leading the end to end product management of AI offerings
  • History of working one products used in the Enterprise HR, Restaurant, or Law Enforcement industries (preferred)
What You Will Be Doing


Daily Responsibilities
  • Create and evangelize a clear product strategy/roadmap that aligns with stakeholders’ goals and values
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to create engaging customer experiences
  • Led the end-to-end product development and launch processes
  • Partner with customers to identify pain points and find opportunities for custom integrations and solutions
  • Build and mentor a Product Management team
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform product direction
