A software intelligence company based out of Waltham, MA is on the hunt for a Pricing and Packaging Product Manager to join their team full time!

The platform that this company created is used by enterprises to look at Software Applications internally. The purpose of this platform is to create a seamless experience for these enterprise’s users. If performance, user experience, or infrastructure monitoring problems arise, the platform uses artificial intelligence to provide real-time insights as to why problems arise and even gives you solutions on how to fix them. The company is looking for a mid-level, Pricing and Packaging Product Manager to develop pricing models that will maximize revenue, work closely with cross-functional teams to align pricing and packaging strategies, and communicate their reasons for evangelizing pricing models and information both internally and to customers. Required Skills & Experience
  • Over 3 years of product management experience or similar roles in an agile software development environment.
  • Experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders in a software product company.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Capability to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address challenges and identify innovative pricing solutions.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Preferably experienced with SaaS products, with additional value for having outbound product management experience.
  • Ability to incorporate market and business insights into the product to provide unique value for customers and prospects, in line with company’s goals and strategy



What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • Support training and empowerment on pricing related topics to audiences such as Pre-Sales, Sales, Post-Sales, and Partners.
  • Help drive programs to advance our Sales tools.
  • Facilitate training and empower audiences, including Pre-Sales, Sales, and Post-Sales teams, on pricing-related topics.
  • Promote and inform both internal and external stakeholders about the key features and benefits of our pricing mode
  • Bring a customer and user-centric thought process to cross-functional programs.
